General VLOS Certificate (GVC)

The General Visual Line Of Sight Certificate has been developed for the operation of a drone with a MTOM of <25kg within the Specific Category.

The GVC will consist of:

  • Online Pre-learning Modules
  • 1 Day Classroom Training (Virtual options available on request)
  • Written Theory Exam
  • Practical Flight Assessment
  • Operations Manual Support
  • Ongoing Student Support

On successful completion of the GVC you will be able to apply to the UK Civil Aviation Authority to gain your Operational Authorisation.

The GVC qualification is valid for 5 years.
